Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address diverse client issues.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, documenting progress and treatment sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and staying updated on the latest research in mental health to refine your practice.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
