Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries while fostering rapport through meaningful interactions.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and address any emerging needs; facilitating discharge plans where applicable.

• Developing, implementing, and consistently monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients.
\n
• Maintaining up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information and tailor treatment effectively.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions tailored to the client’s therapeutic goals, thereby helping them navigate their mental health challenges.

• Engaging in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on serving youth and young adults, providing support for a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
