Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring the use of evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and therapeutic evaluations, helping clients to explore and understand their mental health challenges.

• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage actively in supervision and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance care coordination and improve treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
