Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive care strategies that address both psychological and social aspects of client wellness.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with mental health advancements and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCPC will primarily work with diverse populations who face barriers to accessing mental health care, including those dealing with trauma, substance misuse, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help empower clients to make positive changes and achieve their personal and emotional goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
