Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to each client's individual goals, actively engaging them in their therapeutic journey.

• Offer individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and holistic approaches for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, strictly adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to protect client privacy.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance and refine therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
