In this full-time remote role, you will leverage your expertise to provide essential mental health counseling through telehealth services. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our community.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes to gather diagnostic and functional information and develop tailored treatment recommendations for clients.

• Provide focused therapeutic interventions and counseling for individuals seeking mental health support, ensuring compliance with Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients’ mental health needs, ensuring an integrated approach to treatment and care.

• Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts, maintaining accurate records and clear communication with the healthcare team.

• Initiate follow-ups with patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, assisting in the development of relapse prevention strategies.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness about mental health services and resources, supporting individuals at risk and promoting well-being.

• Recommend appropriate referrals to specialty mental health facilities when necessary, ensuring a continuum of care for patients.

Qualifications\n

• Mandatory possession of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of DSM-IV diagnoses and behavioral therapy.

• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
