Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

• Conducting thorough patient intakes and assessments, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to craft individualized treatment plans.

• Providing brief, focused therapeutic interventions for patients experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care.

• Collaborating closely with primary care providers to address the mental health and psychosocial needs of patients, making informed recommendations regarding referrals to specialty mental health facilities when necessary.

• Monitoring patient progress and initiating follow-ups to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies and making necessary adjustments based on their evolving needs.

• Developing relapse prevention plans and assisting patients in maintaining stable functioning to support overall wellbeing.

• Documenting progress and treatment details accurately in clinical records to ensure continuity of care among all team members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Experience with DSM-IV diagnoses, developmental psychopathology, and behavioral therapy approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
