Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish and adjust treatment plans according to patient needs.

• Maintain effective communication with team members, family members, and other stakeholders to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and interventions.

• Organize and manage your schedule for appointments, home visits when necessary, and follow-up sessions, ensuring comprehensive care for each client.

• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to contribute to shared client assessments, treatment strategies, and overall program development.

• Complete detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes documenting patient development, outcomes, and necessary interventions.
\n
• Provide support through follow-up interviews and virtual home visits, ensuring continuity of care in alignment with each client's treatment plan.
\n
• Act as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community to advocate for their needs and ensure access to resources.
\n
• Develop training materials and support fellow counselors in their application of therapeutic techniques and documentation processes.

• Maintain organized records compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring sensitive client information is secure and accessible.

• Assist in evolving the program's goals by contributing to the development of procedures and best practices tailored to our client population.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical counseling role, providing therapeutic services to diverse populations.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Experience working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
