Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that interventions are informed by scientific evidence and tailored to the client’s context.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights and coordinating treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
