Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences, bond, and support each other's healing journeys.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized 1:1 counseling to help clients delve deep into their thoughts and emotions, guiding them to develop effective coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges and needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate client progress through various assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, effectively communicating and coordinating care to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will focus on empowering young adults between 18 to 30 years old through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often faces significant life transitions, mental health disorders, and social stressors. Your role is critical in providing the guidance, support, and tools necessary for these individuals to thrive amidst their challenges and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctorate in Counseling or Social Work is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience serving young adults in a mental health context, particularly in outpatient or telehealth settings. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing is highly desirable. Familiarity with assessment tools and progress tracking methodologies will benefit your role.
