Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches, adapting techniques based on client response.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that engage clients, ensuring adherence to established therapeutic goals and providing continuous feedback.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Relajarse, you will work with a diverse population encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Your primary focus will be on providing support for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, demonstrated through prior work in mental health settings.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
