Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments, ensuring that clients’ trauma histories are carefully evaluated.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans geared towards trauma recovery and resilience building, tailoring therapeutic approaches to each client’s unique experience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing and coping skills.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their trauma process, fostering coping strategies, and promoting personal growth.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary health professionals to guarantee a holistic approach to patient care.

• Respond to trauma-related emergencies with appropriate crisis interventions and supports.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes guaranteed pay with potential annual increases and bonus opportunities.
