Key Responsibilities\n

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will enhance our patients' mental health outcomes, including:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, including diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments, to inform treatment plans.

• Providing brief and focused interventions tailored to patients’ specific mental health needs.
\n
• Collaborating closely with primary care providers to recommend suitable treatment paths and interventions for patients.

• Monitoring patient progress, initiating follow-ups, and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Developing relapse prevention plans and strategies to help maintain clients' stability.
\n
• Create effective networks by linking patients with other treatment providers, helping to coordinate care outside our clinic as needed.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and multi-disciplinary team communications.

• Advising clinic management and staff on behavioral health services and strategic program evaluations, contributing to the clinic's continuous improvement.

• Ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and standards in clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
