Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to various groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, holistic care, ensuring that every client's needs are met.

• Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation according to established legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs to stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients at Relajarse Therapeutic Services come from diverse backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic delivery.

Relajarse Therapeutic Services offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, supplemented by a bonus structure that allows for unlimited earnings potential.
