Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing innovative and adaptable therapeutic strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct thorough assessments and prepare detailed treatment plans that address client needs, incorporating various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Deliver group therapy sessions that promote healing and connection among participants, ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling role, demonstrating hands-on engagement with clients dealing with varying mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
