Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to address client needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in both telehealth and in-person formats.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training programs, to stay informed on advancements in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
