Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting personalized therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Performing comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Delivering therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care by sharing insights and participating in case discussions.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records that comply with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and best practices.

• Engaging in ongoing workshops and training to remain abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on providing mental health care for adolescents and their families, often addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients frequently come from diverse backgrounds and face unique challenges, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and cultural competency in your approach.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
\n
• At minimum, two years of counseling experience, especially within a clinical setting.
\n
• Proficient understanding of legal, regulatory, and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Demonstrated experience working within a collaborative healthcare team environment.
\n
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related digital technologies for efficient documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly preferred. Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Benefits include:
