Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Maintain a manageable caseload, building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client check-ins, discussing progress, stability, treatment goals, and planning for discharge as appropriate.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and objectives.

• Document and update client progress notes consistently, ensuring all records are accurate and reflect current treatment status.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop initial therapeutic approaches.

• Provide individual counseling sessions focused on evidence-based practices and integrate feedback from clients into the therapeutic process.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your skills and promote professional development.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and share insights that enrich client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves diverse youth populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. You will have the opportunity to implement therapeutic strategies tailored specifically to younger clients, which may vary greatly in developmental stages and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• Eligibility to meet internal credentialing requirements within our clinical practice.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
