Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, adjusting techniques to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring records reflect current client progress and treatment adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use challenges, and behavioral issues. Our clients often come from underserved communities in Rockford and surrounding areas, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care that meets their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
