Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss treatment objectives, and determine the appropriate next steps toward discharge when applicable.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes for each client to ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather essential information for new clients, helping to establish appropriate therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field.

• Holds an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.
