Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health support and counseling services, including but not limited to:

• Managing and maintaining a caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport and positive professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, provide stability assessments, discuss upcoming appointments, and guide appropriate discharge planning.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate progress notes to track treatment effectiveness and facilitate care coordination.

• Performing thorough intake assessments, including evaluations to determine the suitability of counseling services.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• At least one year of experience providing clinical care in an outpatient setting following the completion of their graduate studies.
