Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate interventions based on client needs.

• Employ a culturally competent and strengths-based approach during all client interactions, ensuring an inclusive and understanding therapeutic environment.

• Document treatment progress and client interactions in a secure electronic health records (EHR) system, upholding confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in peer consultation to enhance personal practice and professional growth.

• Actively advocate for clients within a wraparound care model, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to secure resources and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, addressing various emotional and behavioral needs.Your focus will include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other challenges. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to provide effective support to high-acuity clients, including those in crisis situations.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license in California is required; we also welcome applications from Associate PCCs under supervision (AMFT/ASW).

• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices, demonstrating effectiveness in client outcomes.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• A genuine passion for social justice, mental health advocacy, and accessibility in mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health sectors is preferred, particularly in delivering therapy to high-acuity individuals.

• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), or similar techniques is highly desirable.

• Interest in contributing to clinical supervision or program development within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package tailored for full-time employees. This includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with paid time off, reimbursement for continuing education units (CEUs), and other wellness incentives. In addition to a competitive salary, performance-based productivity incentives will provide additional financial opportunities.
