Center Field Counseling LLC is seeking an engaging and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our outpatient mental health team. Work Environment\n

In light of our commitment to flexibility and employee well-being, we offer a primarily remote work setting with a hybrid option to accommodate those occasional in-person appointments or team meetings. Our core work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and peer counselors through our user-friendly EHR system ensures a streamlined approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions via telehealth or potentially in person, depending on client preferences and needs.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients' backgrounds and therapeutic requirements.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards and supporting effective treatment.

• Engage in continuous learning through clinical supervision, peer consultations, and training opportunities that advance your professional growth.

• Foster a holistic approach to client care by working closely with other team members, ensuring all aspects of a client's mental, emotional, and behavioral health are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Center Field Counseling, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our focus is on providing tailored therapeutic services that prioritize the unique experiences and cultural backgrounds of our clients. Understanding trauma-informed practices, you will be an advocate for healing, particularly for marginalized populations who may face additional barriers to accessing mental health services.

• Current active LPCC license in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings or comparable environments.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
