Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions for adolescents and adults, employing a range of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that meets the standards set by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and insurance providers, ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Engage in peer consultation and contribute actively in case conferences, providing insights and support to foster team cohesion and continuous improvement.

• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies to enhance accessibility and streamline client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as participation in a retirement plan. Our fee-for-service compensation structure ensures financial continuity with no-show protections in place.
