Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans grounded in clinical best practices to address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to address a wide array of psychological challenges, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implement culturally competent and strengths-based approaches to therapy and client engagement to foster trust and rapport.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in our secure EHR system, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation sessions to ensure best practices and continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Advocate for client needs and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic, wraparound services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families grappling with a spectrum of emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties. You will address needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, ensuring that each client receives individualized care that aligns with their cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LPCC license in California or be an Associate PCC under supervision. Applications from individuals with an AMFT/ASW license will also be considered.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills to cultivate strong, therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• A deep-seated passion for social justice, mental health advocacy, and improving accessibility for all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in outpatient, telehealth, or community mental health settings.

• Experience providing therapy for high-acuity clients, particularly teens or couples.
\n
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is advantageous.

• Interest in assuming roles in clinical supervision or developing mental health programs.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
