Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review their progress and stability, providing support and guidance for their journey.

• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and client files, to track treatment effectiveness.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather necessary information about each client's history and presenting issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating applied skills in therapy.

• Proficiency in using technology, including experience with spreadsheets and various clinical management systems (e.g., RMS, PIMSY).

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in an outpatient context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, with a fee-for-service model that facilitates immediate payment ahead of collections—allowing for predictable and assured financial support. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
