Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a personalized caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering trust while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and formulate discharge plans when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on the person’s needs and goals.

• Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date progress notes to support ongoing treatment and care decisions.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and establish initial treatment paths.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and skill development.
\n
• Collaborate proactively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and communication, including Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.
