Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at our center, you will play a pivotal role in our outpatient treatment programs for teens and young adults aged 18 to 30. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions that foster connection and shared learning among clients.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy that explores clients’ thoughts and feelings, helping them develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and preferences.

• Progress Tracking: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate client progress, ensuring effective treatment outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in relevant fields such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active LCPC license in the state of Illinois.
