Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to groups, families, and individuals.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, maintaining a compassionate and non-judgmental environment that encourages open dialogue and client growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal standards and ethical requirements, ensuring confidentiality and integrity at all times.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of clinical advancements and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Midwest Community Mental Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses. Additionally, a SIGN-ON BONUS is available for eligible candidates.
