Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a comprehensive intake assessment to evaluate clients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families while ensuring a safe and confidential environment for open discussion.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment provided and progress made.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care, sharing insights to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and seminars to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health concerns that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. By employing a culturally sensitive and holistic approach, you will help clients navigate their challenges and work towards meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling role, preferably in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed therapy, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy tools is a plus, facilitating the transition to providing care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for bonuses based on performance. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
