Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions supported by evidence, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a holistic approach to client mental health.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering rigorously to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care, participating actively in team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses.
