Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized therapy strategies for clients through thorough assessments and clinical evaluations, ensuring each approach aligns with the individual’s unique goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, employing various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer holistic care, frequently discussing case management and integrative strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, contributing to the overall integrity of the counseling process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training programs to remain current on the latest trends and findings in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population across various age groups and backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with preference for those with experience in outpatient settings.

• A solid understanding of both legal and ethical standards applicable to the mental health field, ensuring compliance in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually plus bonus potential. In addition to a robust compensation package, benefits include:
