Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload, establishing rapport with clients and ensuring professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, stability, and address ongoing therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and maintain tailored, person-centered treatment plans that address individual goals.
\n
• Document client interactions and progress notes promptly, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for accuracy.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions for continuous professional development and case consultation.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth, addressing their unique mental health challenges in a safe and supportive environment. Clients may present with a range of issues, including anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
