Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Actively participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to contribute insight and strategy discussions focused on client care.

• Documenting, maintaining, and completing regular progress notes to capture therapeutic advancements and inform future treatment plans.

• Leading training sessions to ensure that the team is proficient in implementing therapeutic approaches and maintaining compliant documentation standards.

• Providing ongoing support through follow-up interviews, home visits, and observations as needed.

• Maintaining meticulous records to ensure all client information is accessible to authorized parties while safeguarding confidentiality.

• Acting as a liaison between clients, the community, and mental health services to support individual and organizational development goals.

• Assisting in the formulation of training materials aimed at enhancing program efficacy for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
