Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor include:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients and building supportive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge as appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to assess the needs and concerns of incoming clients.

• Engaging in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, adapting treatment modalities as necessary.

• Participating in individual supervision meetings to facilitate personal and professional growth.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is on youth mental health, providing care to a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and young adults. Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, benefits include:
