Navigate Family & Youth Therapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential mental health support to individuals and families navigating trauma, contributing to their recovery and well-being. The selected candidate will earn a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Environment\n

This role operates in a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients through a secure and user-friendly digital platform. Our remote practice provides flexibility in scheduling, enabling team members to maintain a work-life balance while being available to clients across various time zones. We offer extended hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for diverse client availability. You will be supported by a dedicated scheduling team to facilitate client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate individual healing processes.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions focused on helping clients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote overall healing.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment of clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, equipping clients with resources and techniques to manage acute stressors.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and the resources available to support them.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development to enhance trauma-informed practices within the organization.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually improve service delivery.

As an LCPC with Navigate Family & Youth Therapy Services, you will work with a diverse client population primarily composed of children, adolescents, and their families. Your efforts will focus on addressing various trauma-related disorders, ensuring that clients not only recover but also thrive by building resilience and developing important life skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Strong familiarity with trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methods.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Adeptness in utilizing technology and EHR systems for efficient documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working with trauma-informed care is preferred.

• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is highly desirable.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and commitment to completing documentation within 24 hours to ensure seamless service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our counselors and offer a competitive salary of up to $110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary, we provide guaranteed pay with annual increases, monthly professional development opportunities, and generous paid time off (PTO).
