This position is designed for a remote working environment, allowing for flexible scheduling. While you will conduct most of your work from home, our team actively engages in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor within our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate clients' trauma histories and guide treatment planning.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that aim to facilitate trauma recovery and enhance resilience while utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapeutic interventions, incorporating methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Delivering crisis intervention services and support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety and stability.

• Providing education to clients and their families regarding trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to promote understanding and healing.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical guidelines to uphold client trust and accountability.

• Staying informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy through continued education and professional development.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
