Our operational hours are from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, which allows for adaptability in setting your work hours based on your personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote resilience.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, helping clients navigate immediate challenges.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings focused on trauma-informed care and professional development.

• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC in the state of Texas.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying a genuine empathy and non-judgmental attitude.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
