This position offers a unique combination of telehealth and in-person therapy sessions in Spring Hill, Tennessee. In this full-time role, you will primarily work remotely, complemented by opportunities for direct interaction in our outpatient office setting. Our flexible work schedule accommodates appointments from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, allowing you to balance your professional commitments with personal life effectively. You will enjoy the autonomy to manage your caseload while being part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories and determine the most effective treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to guide patients through their trauma processing and equip them with effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated care model that addresses all aspects of a patient’s needs.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients feel safe and understood.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to support their healing journeys.

• Maintaining meticulous, confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in regular case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care approaches.

• Staying updated with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to care.

• The ability to handle high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience will enhance your candidacy:

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, supplemented by additional financial incentives. Our benefits include:
