Insight Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time position that allows flexibility through remote and in-office work in Lakewood, New Jersey. Work Environment\n

This position allows for a mix of remote work and occasional visits to our outpatient office in Lakewood, NJ. We maintain a supportive work environment, open seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, to accommodate both our clients' and clinicians' schedules. You will have autonomy in your role, supported by a team that values collaboration and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to assess clients' histories and devise appropriate treatment plans.

• Develop tailored treatment approaches focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies for each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing processes.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions that help clients process their trauma and develop coping mechanisms.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate support.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources to aid recovery.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and training opportunities aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about the latest methodologies and best practices in trauma therapy and related fields.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Insight Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer guaranteed pay increases and create incentive structures that include bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include:
