Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique trauma history and identify suitable therapeutic approaches.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to the recovery needs of each client, with a focus on building resilience.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting holistic healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating calmness and composure under pressure.

Qualifications\n
