This is a full-time remote position offering flexibility with your schedule, as our services operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Insight Therapy, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting clients throughout their healing journeys:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and determine effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience enhancement, and coping mechanisms.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), across both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions to enable patients to process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster emotional healing.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and help them harness available resources for recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation consistent with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
