Work Environment\n

This position will predominantly be remote, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a profound impact on our clients' recovery journeys. Our community health clinic atmosphere is imbued with a spirit of teamwork and mutual support, operating within extended hours from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week. This flexibility will allow you to accommodate diverse client schedules and needs, fostering stronger therapeutic relationships.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and pinpoint appropriate treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus specifically on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and fostering emotional healing among clients.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated, holistic care for each individual.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards while remaining up-to-date with the latest developments in trauma therapy.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is a must.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000–110,000 per year, with opportunities for annual increases and performance-based bonuses.
