Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. For example, you may employ cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to address anxiety disorders during group meetings.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately identify and document clients’ mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.

• Advocate for clients and their families by helping them integrate community resources, such as support groups or educational services, essential for holistic recovery.

• Respond to client crises with immediate support and intervention, implementing crisis management protocols to ensure their emotional safety.

Qualifications\n
