Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services, your day-to-day activities will encompass a range of responsibilities:

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families through evidence-based practices that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the care provided.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic treatment plans that address both mental and physical health.

• Participating in continuing education opportunities and professional development workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.
