Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to formulate therapy strategies that address specific client needs through comprehensive evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations including individuals, families, and couples.

• Employ a variety of customized therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting techniques based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team setting to design and implement integrated care plans tailored to each client’s unique requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical patient records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at NorthEast Alliance Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a range of mental health concerns. Your clients may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, is mandatory.

• An active, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado is required.
