Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical considerations in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
