Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to enhance client outcomes.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions to support relational dynamics and strengthen interpersonal connections.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy and comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards to uphold the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
