Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, using a client-centered approach.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques that promote recovery and resilience.

• Implement activity- and participation-based interventions designed to engage clients in their therapeutic journey and facilitate skill development.

• Collaborate closely with referral agencies and community organizations to build and maintain positive relationships that support client needs.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate and discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and collaborative care efforts.

• Oversee and guide families as they navigate services and resources, ensuring they receive the support they require.

• Contribute to the training and supervision of new and existing staff, reviewing records and providing feedback on client documentation.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and submitted in a timely manner in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n
