Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Open Sky Healing Counseling, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, utilizing your skills to develop rapport and maintain professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when deemed appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring each client's needs are met effectively.

• Update and maintain precise documentation and progress notes for all clients in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Execute comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and histories better.

• Provide individual therapy sessions per week, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Participate in regular individual supervision to enhance your clinical skills and receive supportive feedback.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates are required to possess:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including RMS systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools such as Outlook and Pimsy.

• Demonstrable experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• A strong ability to conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
